MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAM

The mental health of our people is a core pillar of any wellness framework and we have dedicated specific attention to this to ensure it has the focus that it deserves.

Our validated 5 stage model helps an organisation to establish leadership commitment; conduct the right diagnostics; implement a tailored suite of interventions; review impact and evolve the program as the needs of staff change.

Mental health training programs provide evidence-based strategies across 5 critical mental health domains. Training modules include:

Practical mental health training for leaders. Building healthy work cultures and recovery support;

Mental health awareness training for all staff. Increasing awareness and promoting early intervention;

Targeted mental health training sessions for priority teams. Focus of role specific interventions [e.g. high-risk roles].
