Simon has held executive leadership roles in Australia and in Asia. He complements this experience as a qualified business psychologist with a strong understanding of the neurology of performance and wellness.
Simon has led the design, implementation and delivery of assessment and development initiatives, team development workshops and executive coaching for a diverse range of individuals and organisations.
Simon manages ALCHEMY's Victorian presence and takes the lead on our assessment methodology.
